Membership registration is free, and upon verification of credentials, users can request quotations, submit access requests, and track medicine availability in real time.

To deactivate your account, follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the three-line (hamburger) menu located in the top-left corner of the app.
2. Go to Account Login.
3. Tap on Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice, and your account will be permanently deleted.

You can create an account without documents, but a valid medical prescription or institutional license is required to request quotations or place orders. To update your account details, click the profile icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard, select “Edit Profile,” make the necessary changes, and click “Save Changes” to update your information.

The Ikris Health+ search bar allows you to explore by disease area, manufacturer, or formulation type as well. If you cannot find the medicine you're looking for, please contact our support team — we can assist in sourcing it through our global partner network.
